No news here. My application status is still "application submitted."

They had mentioned they will decide on first round interviews based on 2 documents only: diversity statement and research statement. Any news if they've chosen 1st round interview candidates? (12/20) R1: I thought that was a really weird note, considering they asked for eight documents (are they going to ignore the other files until after doing interviews?). But no, nothing here yet.
