The Department of Finance and & Supply Chain Management in the College of Business at Central Washington University is seeking applicants for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Supply Chain Management to begin in September 2018.  The position will be located at CWU’s main campus in Ellensburg, WA.  The College of Business is accredited by AACSB. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Doctorate in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or in a related field from an AACSB accredited institution. (Strong candidates who are ABD and nearing completion of their dissertation will be considered)
  • Academically-qualified for purpose of AACSB accreditation
  • Experience teaching supply chain related courses with evidence of teaching excellence through reviews and evaluations
  • Evidence of established or potential record for research in peer-reviewed journals as indicated by proceedings, working papers, submissions and publications

University of Washington (WA) - Assistant or Associate Professor, Information Systems[]

The Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) Department at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business invites applications for two full-time (100% FTE) positions: one tenure-track Assistant Professor (0116) and one open position (-up to- tenured Associate Professor (0102)) in the Information Systems area. These are nine-month appointments of indefinite length.

The ISOM Department offers courses in Information Systems, Operations Management, and Quantitative Methods in Foster's undergraduate, MBA (including Executive MBA), MSIS, MSCM and Ph.D. programs. University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research, and service. Duties include teaching at all levels and research leading to publication in leading academic journals. Washington State University (WA) - Assistant Professor, Hospitality and Business Management[]

Washington State University Vancouver and the Carson College of Business invite applications for two (2) full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Hospitality Business Management (HBM) to begin August 16, 2018 at the rank of assistant professor. 

Position Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

University of Washington (WA) - Lecturer, Accounting (Full-time, Competitive Recruitment)[]

The University of Washington Foster School of Business has one full-time lecturer position available in the Department of Accounting starting in Spring 2017. The primary responsibility for lecturers is teaching. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have primary teaching interests, and strong background, in tax. A Master's degree is required with significant professional and/or educational experience preferred. This is an annual appointment and will be a full-time position (100% FTE) with a 9-month service period, which would typically involve teaching nine classes over three quarters of the academic year. Some summer quarter teaching may also be available. Applicants should have evidence of high-level proficiency in teaching accounting at the university level. Appointment level and salary will depend on qualifications. The position is contingent on budgetary approval.

Washington State University (WA) - Clinical Assistant Professor, Finance[]

Washington State University Vancouver and the Carson College of Business invite applications for a permanently funded, clinical (non-tenure track) faculty position in Finance to begin August 16, 2018. This is a permanently funded position identified as clinical, non-tenure track. The appointment will be on a contract basis (term to be negotiated) with the opportunity for renewal. Duties are assigned for a nine-month academic calendar, beginning on August 16 and continue through May 15. There are opportunities to secure summer funding for teaching or research. An academically-qualified faculty member (PhD and research record) would have a normal teaching load of three courses per semester. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience; benefits are competitive; the retirement system is TIAA/CREF. 

Position Duties: In addition to teaching duties, service will include: working with student organizations and building relationships with professionals. Clinical faculty must maintain a research record that meets the College's AACSB Scholarly Academic status. Additional relevant service to the campus and discipline to advance the university towards its goals and provide distinctive contribution to the academic field will be required.
