Hello All,
I appreciate if you can include your experience further and ask your friends who are applying to share their opinion here.
I am still confused with the UC Berekely and not sure if they even have started reviewing the applications. On Dec. 18 they asked for additional optional documents that should be uploaded by Jan. 15. First, I am not sure if this is an HR thing or something that has requested by the SC. Second, have they done the shortlisting?!
Please share what you think.

Re: Did they request you to upload the statement of diversity and inclusion? If yes, the request would have been from the search committee (SC). Ans: I actually had uploaded this file initially. Because it was a "required" document. What about you? I mean, did you see a message on your profile that teaching evaluation, unofficial transcripts and two more publications should be uploaded? (I did not get an email, just saw this message on my profile and there was a deadline for these documents [Jan 14])
