Alfred University (Do they ever hire, or is this a fishing expediition every year?) [They have had a "visiting asst. professor" for several years—not sure the reason, but could be related to frequently posted positions (I haven't noticed them, but also haven't been looking). That said, one of their TT faculty left recently, so seems likely they would actually make a TT hire.] - Not certain they will be hiring TT anytime soon. Limited funding has been a problem. -- Notice that they have hired sent in early May.
