RE: VCUArts.

From a recent email exchange after an academic father fielded a complaint about Peggy Lindauer and put the victim in touch with his daughter who teaches at VCU. More evidence of Peggy Lindauer's questionable judgment and lack of qualifications after she interviewe me last year.  

"I am sorry to hear about your recent exchange with Peggy Lindauer. Peggy is not a properly trained art historian so she becomes defensive or aggressive if she feels challenged. I am not sure why VCU hired her since her museum skills are also questionable, but she hired me so I take her side to avoid her anger."

SCREENING PROCESS
A committee will review applications.  Meeting minimum qualifications does not ensure a candidate an interview.  Therefore, it is important that the application be thorough and detailed.  Applicants will be assessed on the breadth and depth of education, training, experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities.  A limited number of applicants will be invited for an interview at the college at their own expense.  All interviewed candidates will be asked to present a teaching demonstration.

RE: In response to this informatin for Allen Hancock College. I was offered a campus interview and a small travle fund but it is still not enogh to cover the full cost of my trip for the interview.
