  • Letter of recommendation requested (11/3). Since the deadline was just yesterday, I wonder, are these being requested for all applicants?
  • They had Skype interviews in early December, and have since narrowed it down further. Focusing on senior hires, most likely.
    • A focus on senior hires wouldn't be surprising, esp. considering it's a new dept. I know of at least one full professor who was actively encouraged to apply.
