Applicants must possess a Ph.D. by August 26, 2020, in Rhetoric and Composition, English, Technical or Professional Communication, or other related fields. Applicants should have experience teaching multiple first-year writing courses with preference for experience developing and teaching upper level writing and rhetoric courses. Evidence of teaching excellence is required. Previous writing program administration experience is preferred. The successful applicant will also demonstrate interest in continued professional development and research related to writing studies and writing program administration.  Applicants also should have a good understanding of and experience with teaching a diverse student body.
