Does anyone know: 1) How this year's crop of jobs compares to previous years? 2) Roughly how many job candidates there usually are for 18th-C jobs? 3) Any scuttlebutt on how firm the funding is for the jobs listed so far?

re: This year vs last year.
Checking previous years' wikis is an easy way to compare job #s across multiple years. (You can also get a sense of how many people were using the wiki that way, although not how many people applied for a particular job.) This is a pretty bad year, although there are some good jobs and enjoyable locations in there. Good luck!
